Commercial Activity: Painting & Decorating

The team undertake a range of large and small projects that have included helping our own trainees decorate their homes and also the completion of larger commercial projects.

Importantly these opportunities have already given trainees useful work experience on “real” jobs, working alongside and supervised by a professional painter and decorator.  Such experiences have been useful in helping trainees develop the required skills and confidence to take on their own home projects and for some the motivation to apply to college to develop these skills further.
